FREE ROYALTY FREE MUSIC

Question: Is there anywhere to get absolutely free music?

Answer: Thank you for your question.

Free music...ahhh! Something we would all like to have in order to enhance our videos and bring beautiful audio to our beautiful video. Music does a lot for our videos and we want to spend as little money as possible to make our creative productions more professional.

Royalty free music allows us to use music created by others in our videos by paying a one - time fee to the creator of the music so that we do not have to pay any future royalties for using it. But the cost of the music or the license to use the music can add up over time. You can't keep using the same music in every video so the more licenses you purchase the more money you spend in the long run. Also many younger video enthusiasts have a limited amount of funds and do not wish to pay the licensing fee to use the royalty free music.

Well, you will be happy to know that there are several sites out there that offer free royalty free music. But there is a catch (as usual). Most of these sites want you to list the creator of the music somewhere in your video on on your webpage in order to use their music. If you don't you have voided the licensing agreement and they can then come after you for any applicable fees.

Some of the sites that you can get free royalty free music from include RoyaltyFreeMusic.com and DanOSongs.com

Check them out and find some music that might fit well into the theme of your projects. Have fun making your videos.
